NORMAL SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION - We recommend USPS Priority Mail. Please allow for 4-5 days for shipping and handling. UPS Ground, 2 Day and Overnight is also available.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES -We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy, minus shipping and handling. Please E-mail us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) or call us at 323-654-4030. We guarantee our products for 60 days from date shipped, if original invoice is provided.
PRICING - All prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to be as accurate as possible in our marketing collateral, we reserve the right to correct any error in description or price.
BACKORDERS - Any item not in stock will be shipped as soon as possible. If we cannot ship your product (as we may be out of stock) within 10 business days of processing the order someone will contact you to let you know.
